Changing To Okidata 7100 Toner Cartridges Is Not Only Less Expensive But It Is Also Eco-Friendly

by Ben Pate

Small business owners know how much the expense copier and printer toner can take from your profits. What many individuals don't know is that there are toner cartridges on the market that, while not being a name brand, are both safe and reliable for use in their printers, and also cost significantly less. For example, let me tell you the story of what happened when one of our clients purchased a big shipment of remanufactured Okidata 7100n compatible toner cartridges.

Steve McNamara, a project manager for a mid-sized regional restaurant equipment company, discovered that at an internet supplier, Oki toner was being sold at about 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of the brand name toner he had previously been buying. In fact, switching to the compatible Okidata 7100 toner was so cheap that he was able to shave sixteen percent off his whole spending for the month!

He requested for a few of his employees to use remanufactured cartridges in their 200 Okidata 7100 printers. He was a little unsure at first, but he quickly found that these cartridges were the same quality as the much more expensive brand name toners he was purchasing. Steve checked the copies himself and was impressed with the quality: good toner yield, adequate coverage, and absolutely no smudges.

Compatible Oki 7100n toner cartridges are produced by companies using the same or better toners or parts as the original manufacturer. The compatible Okidata 7100n toner cartridges are stringently tested to assure the same quality. So you can rest assured that when you purchase the cartridge, you are buying a 100 percent compatible, quality cartridge at a small fraction of the original price.

Steve's amazing story doesn't end there. Only three months after that Steve was named the company's manager of the month, mostly because of his successful economic plan in buying the Oki c7100 toner. Steve's superiors also had the idea that it would be financially-effective to have Steve oversee toner purchasing for the whole company which led to the company saving tens of thousands of dollars every year.

We can all be enlightened by Steve's story of cutting costs and raising revenue. You can start by asking your office supplier about lower-cost Oki toners that are compatible with your copier. By using the figures they supply to you, you can do your own price comparison online. Broaden your search to other products. Even small changes can mean big savings in the bottom line.

Replacement toner cartridges for copiers and printers can be outrageously overpriced, but did you know that there's an easy method to cut this expense significantly? One of our clients saved a lot of cash for his business by switching to remanufactured Okidata supplies. These cartridges performed just as well as the cartridges in his company used, the Oki 7100 toner cartridges, but at a fraction of the cost. Our client was awareded with a significant career boost for his money saving ideas. It might benefit you to look into changing to remanufactured cartridges the next time you need to replace your toner.
