So, here is a funny story about a bachelorette party that I went to recently. The bride's maid of honor was in charge, and she had done a lovely job putting the party together.

She had the decorations done beautifully, all of the friends of the bride to be were invited, and there were a lot of great bachelorette games. And yet there was one game that turned out to be not such a good idea.

This game involved margaritas. The maid of honor thought it would be amusing if everyone drank margaritas and asked each other questions. You had to finish up your drink if there was a question you didn't want to answer. All right, that didn't seem bad at first.

What girl doesn't love to tell funny stories and gossip, especially when there's a large group of us? But halfway through, some of the questions that were going around had somehow transformed the whole place into something like an AA meeting. All the girls were stuck on this game; we didn't move on to one of the other bachelorette games.

Some of them ended up spilling their guts about their husbands or boyfriends while sobbing. What started as funny stories about the guys ended up being a contest as to who had the worst guy!

Others who hadn't lost their nerve yet tried to console the sobbing girls before tossing in their own stories. When it was nearly over, a couple of girls were just about ready to fall over into the party decorations. This is one of those bachelorette games gone wrong.

I remained one of the few sober ones, luckily for me, and watched all this in horror. As I started to leave, I caught myself wondering if there was still going to be a wedding?
